Gas Nitriding

Gas Nitriding is especially suitable for pre-heat treated alloy steels and tool steels. The relatively low process temperature makes the process ideal for parts where low distortion and deformation are important.

Induction Hardening

Rapid, repeatable processing, low distortion, clean parts, and zone hardening are just some of the advantages of our induction hardening processes.

Carburizing & Carbonitriding

Carburizing is a surface hardening treatment that produces a hard, wear-resistant layer (case) on the part surface. Carbonitriding is a modified form of gas carburizing, suitable for plain, low carbon steels.

Through Hardening (Q&T)

Through Hardening ( Quench & Temper ) is a process used to increase the hardness and tensile strength of material, and in alloy steels such as 4140 and 4340, will result in optimum combinations of strength and toughness.
