Furnace Capacities
Thermex maintains and operates a range of equipment types that allow great flexibility in the types, sizes, and shape of parts we process.
This includes four internal quench furnaces each with supporting temper furnaces, a pit furnace with oil quenching and a supporting temper furnace, two induction scan hardening units with polymer quench, two state of the art gas nitriding units and other associated equipment for part handling and cleaning.
