Need to process large parts? Want to minimize distortion

Furnace carbon content is controlled to produce clean, soot-free parts. Treated parts are washed as needed. Parts are delivered in a clean state, ready for immediate use.

Coupons of matching material are run with furnace loads, then randomly tested for quality control purposes. All test equipment is calibrated regularly. Hardness testers are calibrated daily.
