Rapid, repeatable processing, low distortion, clean parts, and zone hardening are just some of the advantages of our induction hardening processes. With our new equipment, parts as long as 48" can be hardened in a continuous scan.
With our expertise and in house lab, we have developed unique procedures for parts with complex shape.

Induction Hardening
Induction hardening is a rapid process for surface hardening pins, shafts, gears, slips, and specialty items that require localized hardening without distortion of the part. Induction hardening is used on medium or high carbon mild and alloy steels.
Case depths range from 0.030" up to 0.250". Surface hardness up to 60-64 HRC can be achieved in certain materials.
